SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The body of a Colorado woman missing since May 1 has been found in the Book Cliffs area of eastern Utah.
The body of Mary M. Laychak, 36, of Broomfield was found Sunday in Spring Canyon, the Grand County sheriff's office said.
The cause of death was not released, but the department said foul play was not suspected.
The woman's car was found about 40 miles east of Moab and 12 miles north of Interstate 70. Deputies found the body about 21/2 miles up the canyon from the car.
Broomfield police said Laychak was last seen leaving her home about 11 p.m. May 1. They said the woman was bipolar and had stopped taking her medication.
