SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A man who allegedly tried to videotape women in a public restroom has been charged with six counts of voyeurism.
Police said one of the counts against 30-year-old Manuel Rodriguez-Cano is a felony because one of the alleged victims was younger than 14, probably between the age of six and seven.
Police said the incident happened last week after a woman went into a restroom at Liberty Park.
Officers said when the woman entered a stall she noticed a camera pointed at her under the divider. The woman ran out and told her boyfriend, who then waited for the alleged suspect and detained the man until police arrived.
Police said the tape included images of five women and one girl, using the toilet and in varying states of undress.
