(File Photo) LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- State wildlife officers have cited a Logan resident who they say illegally had four alligators.
Utah Division of Wildlife Resources conservation officer Robert Johnson says a Logan animal control officer called for help Friday after discovering four small alligators in a glass tank on the resident's front porch.
The largest of the four was nearly 2 1/2 feet long.
Johnson says the alligators were seized and the owner was issued a citation for unlawful possession of protected wildlife.
