SALT LAKE COUNTY -- The Salt Lake County Council plans to lower your property tax bill by about 43 cents.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports the council voted Tuesday night to erase $104,000 from an account that covers property-tax appeals and legal settlements.
The decision will cut taxes for residents in unicorporated communities. It will also save most people about 29 cents in library-related fines.
