(KSL News) -- Utah is considering making a bid to bring a military institute from California a little closer to home.
As more military installations are being added to the list of recommended closures, the Defense Language Institute in Monterey is being considered for the list.
Now, state officials are considering bringing the institute to Utah.
Utah already made a bid to bring the institute to the state in 19-94.
