(KSL News) -- A truck hit a Payson boy and send him to the hospital, but the boy was not playing in the street.
Witnesses say a man was driving on I-15 Southbound when he started coughing. They say he passed out, crossed into the other lanes of traffic, drove down the hill, crashed through a fence and hit the boy while he was playing in his front yard.
Police say the boy is in fair condition.
The truck also smashed two cars. The driver was not hurt. He told police he does NOT have a medical condition.
