PAYSON -- Interstate 15 in Payson was shut down in both directions Friday afternoon after a semi pulled power lines onto the road.
UHP troopers say the truck was dumping a load of gravel onto the roadside when it caught the lines and pulled them down.
Traffic had to be diverted off the freeway for about 40 minutes while crews cleaned up the mess. Everything is back up and running now.
