SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- University of Utah College of Pharmacy officials will break ground on a $69 million research facility.
The L.S. Skaggs Pharmacy Institute building will be the new home for the college.
The building is designed to foster interdisciplinary research that focuses on diseases such as cancer, epilepsy and diabetes.
The ground breaking is scheduled for Tuesday. The ceremony will be held at L.S. Skaggs Hall Auditorium at the college.
