Co-founder Mark Buckman can't wait to expand the site.
Mark Buckman: "Obviously our concern is privacy. We don't want to create a tool that is going to enable anyone to do any harm to anybody."
Buckman spoke to KSL's Nightside Project. So far Utah's list includes the plate numbers of a crash waiting to happen in Roy, a guy who cuts people off in Kearns, and a hottie in Pleasant View.
