The Park Record reports the compound, comprised of more than 63 acres, includes three parcels, each with development potential.
A 20,000-square foot home sits on one of the parcels. The house has 12 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a swimming pool, artificial pond and waterfall, fitness center and game room.
With 10 percent down and a 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage at 5.25 percent, a buyer would pay just over $273,000 a month.
