So - are those road signs advertising the fact that "this road is built with stimulus money" a waste of stimulus money? Some people are starting to think so. Speaking of saving money - first time moms, many moms, are just not willing to blow big bucks on what they're calling the "play and discover" market. The New York Times reports moms are turning to second-hand stores, yard sales and discount sites like babysteals.com to save money on the baby things they really want.
