(KSL News) -- A former Logan school teacher will stand trial again for child sexual abuse.
The first trial for Alan Roy Willey, last month, ended in with a deadlocked jury. Prosecutors decided to retry the case; the new trial is scheduled for May.
Willey is accused of sexually abusing a fourth grade student 12 years ago.
