SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A group of Utah protesters has called on President Barack Obama and congressional leaders to hold the Bush administration accountable for its actions while in office.
The dozens of protesters gathered in Utah on Thursday as part of a national "Torture Accountability Day." Activists and war veterans held signs reading things like "Torture = Terrorism."
Speakers at the rally called on U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint an independent prosecutor to investigate former Bush officials.
