A former Utah County sheriff's employee pleads guilty to abusing three girls.
Richard Taylor Smith pleaded guilty to six counts of sex abuse of a child.
He was arrested in May after one of the young girls apparently told her mother he had touched her inappropriately.
Smith used to work in the Utah County Jail's command center.
He'll be sentenced in January.
