ST. GEORGE -- The St. George city council is making cuts to the yearly budget.
The Spectrum reports revenues for the city have fallen 13 percent in the past year, making the cuts necessary.
Officials say they do not want to raise taxes or fees, so it will make small cuts to programs, totaling about $5 million, from the current fiscal spending plan.
