SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A woman has been sentenced for her role in a 1995 homicide.

A judge has ordered 33-year-old Patricia Bencomo to serve 30 days in jail after she helped plan a home-invasion robbery that resulted in the shooting death of 17-year-old Arian Salguer Huerta.

Bencomo was also sentenced to probation after she pleaded guilty to second-degree obstructing justice for lying to police two years ago.

Authorities say three others were also involved in the October 1995 incident. The triggerman, 29-year-old Williams Rodriguez, was sentenced to prison for up to life after he pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. Meanwhile, 33-year-old Rodrigo Ojeda-Gervacio is being extradited from Toronto. And finally, the whereabouts of 45-year-old Jesus Gandarill Candaria is unknown.
