SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Utah Jazz have exercised the team option for reserve center Kyrylo Fesenko.
The Jazz had until Monday to secure the 7-foot-1, 300-pound center from Ukraine.
Fesenko has averaged 2.1 points and 2.1 rebounds while playing in 30 games over his first two seasons with the Jazz.
He played 51 games for the Utah Flash in the NBA Development League, averaging 10.6 points and 7.9 rebounds.
Utah obtained Fesenko in a draft-night trade with Philadelphia in 2007. He is due to make $870,000 next season.
