(KSL News) A Utah man who threatened a government agent is scheduled to be in court for a pretrial hearing on different charges.
When David D'Addabbo was arrested for making the threats, he was carrying a Glock pistol and a switchblade knife. He now faces charges of illegally possessing those weapon because his concealed weapons permit had expired.
D'Addabbo threatened IRS employees twice with "death by firing squad" if they tried to collect taxes from his wife.
