MURRAY -- Struggles with GM and Chrysler are having an impact on Utahns trying to unload their cars.

Meet Gary Davis and his 1996 Pontiac Grand Prix. "It is a good, clean running car. I would put my mother in it if I needed to," he said.

Posted on KSL classifieds, it hasn't been selling like other cars. "I watch them come and go, and here I sit with a nice, running, clean, mechanically sound and ready to go. Still for sale."

Still, he says he wouldn't be scared to own another GM. He has faith GM and Chrysler will survive.

Their new car sales are struggling. GM's were down 29 percent in May. Chrysler's were down 47 percent.
