CEDAR CITY -- A former resident of Cedar City is suing the Wal-Mart there, claiming she was a victim of racial profiling and discrimination.

Chandra Green says she was detained by store security who suspected her of writing bad checks in the past simply because the women who had were also African American.

In the lawsuit Green claims store security showed her pictures of the suspects and asked her to tell them which one she was. She claims this was done in view of other customers.

Wal-Mart has not commented on the suit.
