PARK CITY -- A Park City man who skipped out on his sentencing for 56 counts of bank and wire fraud has been caught.

A district judge issued a warrant for Jeffrey Geddes in March after he was a no-show at his sentencing hearing.

He had been out of jail after pleading guilty to a $30 million fraud scheme, but he cut off his GPS ankle monitor and went on the lam.

Saturday law officers caught up to Geddes in a San Diego casino. A U.S. deputy marshal says Geddes had grown a full beard and had eye surgery so he no longer wore glasses.

Under his original plea deal, Geddes faced 10 years in prison. His brief flight is expected to add more time.

Geddes had admitted to providing fraudulent invoices and purchase orders to a bank to maintain and increase a line of credit he had opened for a business he owned.
