SALT LAKE CITY -- Authorities in Salt Lake have located a disabled young man reported missing by his family.
Several tips from viewers who saw a KSL 5 News report last night called authorities with tips, and they then found Michael in downtown Salt Lake.
Michael Rogers uses a wheelchair, has cerebral palsy, and suffers with seizures and severe asthma. His parents say Michael has not had any of his medication or personal items for a couple weeks and asked for help in finding him because they were worried.
Authorities are checking into claims that Michael's Social Security checks were signed over to a non-profit group in Chicago, but they say he's an adult and they will not force him to return home.
