(KSL News) The Deseret Morning News is reporting the arrest of a 20-year-old man in connection to a rape involving Hill Air Force Base personnel.
Police say Chirstopher Lorch and the alleged victim were at a party when the 20-year-old woman fell asleep. The woman woke up and told police Lorch had sexually assaulted her.
Officials say there was alcohol involved.
Hill Air Force Base and police are investigating the allegations.
