The Jazz is the third-winningest team in the NBA since the start of the 1994-95 season trailing only San Antonio and the Los Angeles Lakers. Guaranteed of finishing with a winning record, the 2008-09 season will mark the 25th time in the last 26 seasons that the Jazz have finished .500 or better. It is also the 18th time in 21 seasons at the helm Jerry Sloan has guided the Jazz to the playoffs, and his 93 career playoff wins rank sixth in NBA history.
