(KSL News) -- A man who has made threats against several Utah judges has been found mentally unfit to stand trial.
49-year old Ernest John Young claims his name is Jason Presley and that he is the son of the late Elvis Presley. He is accused of making threats against judges for refusing to file charges against men he claimed killed Elvis.
After speaking with Young at length, two medical professionals said he was delusional and ordered him to be held in the state hospital until competency is restored.
