"The DJs know if they want to work here, they avoid those songs," said Steve Hill. The Northridge High School principal says he doen't want students hearing those lyrics and thinking sex.
"A lot of those 15-year-olds are not able to look out for themselves, and we want to make sure we provide a wholesome environment for them," he said.
Hill said some of the moves teens try at school dances he wouldn't want to do with his wife in public. He said he's working with parents and teachers to cut down on the "freaking." Bountiful and Clearfield High Schools are also working to cut down on the suggestive dancing.
