LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- A man suspected in the Logan Canyon death of a Salt Lake City woman has been extradited to Utah to face criminal charges.
Robert W. Ferretti was arrested in Pueblo, Colorado two weeks ago. Police returned Ferretti to Logan this week. He made an initial appearance in 1st District Court on Thursday.
Cache County prosecutors charged Ferretti, 42, with one first-degree felony count of murder and one second-degree felony count of obstruction of justice.
Prosecutors contend Ferretti shot and killed Tiffany Britt Jarman last fall.
Ferretti is scheduled for an arraignment on April 7. He is being held without bail in the Cache County Jail.
A message left by The Associated Press for Ferretti's attorney, Bryan P. Galloway, was not immediately returned Saturday.
