SALT LAKE CITY -- A collision at a Salt Lake intersection sent two teens to the hospital with minor injuries.

Utah Highway Patrol troopers say the driver of a red Honda made a left turn in front of an oncoming Jeep at 2200 West and North Temple around 8:30 Monday night.
The vehicles collided, caving in the passenger side of the Honda.
Troopers say both of the 18-year-old males inside the car are in fairly good condition, despite being sent to the hospital.
Investigators did find alcohol in the car, but they believe it belonged to the passenger, not the driver.
The driver could be cited for failing to yield to the Jeep.
