(KSL News) -- A teenager accused of murder and on the run almost a year turned himself in tonight.
Moses Ellis walked into Salt Lake County Jail and said he was wanted for murder. Following a background check he was booked on homicide charges.
According to police, last November Ellis got into an argument and shot another man four times at a park in the Avenues.
