SALT LAKE CITY -- A judge has ordered a letter in the Allgier murder case to be unsealed in 20 days.
The so-called "Cobb Letter" was written from a jail inmate to another judge and presumably involves accused murderer Curtis Allgier.
Allgier was charged with capital murder after he shot officer Stephen Anderson dead during a 2007 escape attempt. His attorneys argued the letter should stay sealed, but media lawyers wanted it made public.
