SALT LAKE CITY -- A truck driver was killed when his vehicle crashed and rolled Monday morning.
The Utah Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Joel Antonio Moran, West Valley City, drove through a fence on eastbound State Road 201 at 4700 West just before 7 a.m.
Moran's truck went onto the Frontage Road for about half a mile before hitting the curb and rolling into the CR England trucking company's parking lot. The truck rolled into several parked cars.
Moran was flown to the hospital in very critical condition, but died a short time later.
UHP thinks Moran may have had a medical condition.
