WACO, Texas (AP) -- Pinch-hitter Landis Ware scored on a passed ball with two outs in the top of the ninth Monday night to give Baylor a 7-6 win over Brigham Young.

Dustin Dickerson and Raynor Campbell each had two RBIs for the Bears (3-1). Shaver Hansen and Campbell hit back-to-back solo home runs in the third for Baylor.

Jonathan Cluff went 1-for-2 with two RBIs for BYU (1-4).

BYU tied the game in the top of the eighth as Cluff scored on a groundout by Michael Bowen.

Logan Verrett (2-0) got the win, allowing no hits in 1 2-3 innings of relief. Jake Wortham (0-1) took the loss for BYU, giving up two runs on one hit in one inning.
