(KSL News) -- One woman's health care dream became a reality today.
The Gayle G. Williamson Clinic, at 610 S. 200 East, was dedicated at the Salt Lake City Public Health Center.
The clinic's primary purpose is to treat those with Tuberculosis -- including a new strain of drug resistant TB that is being seen more often.
The clinic is named after Williamson in appreciation for her 22 year of service in public health and her long time push to create a clinic specifically for the treatment of patients with TB.
