WOODS CROSS, Utah (AP) -- A team of investigators will interview witnesses to the refinery explosion and fire that left four men with serious burns.
The U.S. Chemical Safety Board says four investigators are starting witness interviews on Friday.
On Thursday, investigators examined portions of the tank that was likely the source of Monday's fire and explosion at Silver Eagle Refining Inc. in Woods Cross. The fire burned for nearly 11 hours.
The board says gasoline tank's contents will be sampled for possible lab testing in the future. They are also looking at refinery surveillance videos from the time of the incident.
The board says the refinery has provided documents to investigators and is cooperating with the probe.
