OREM, Utah (AP) -- Police are searching this morning for those responsible for stealing a safe from an elementary school in Orem.
It happened Tuesday night at 1035 North and 800 East. That's when police say the thieves broke into Orchard Elementary School and stole the safe.
Police say the safe itself is worth more than what's inside it.
The safe is a Fort Knox brand. It's black with a silver combination lock and handle and it's four feet by two feet by two-and-a-half feet in size.
The damage to the school is estimated at between seven-hundred and one-thousand dollars.
