(KSL News) Wet roads may have caused an accident that killed a 6-year-old girl.
Around 1:30 p.m, police say the girl and her older sister were running across the road in Spanish Fork near 200 East and 800 North, when an SUV hit the 6-year-old.
The girl was taken to the hospital where she died. Police say the 35-year-old driver of the SUV has been cooperative.
No charges have been filed.
