GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst saw a team that improved throughout the season. But he also knows losing in the opening round of the playoffs isn't good enough. Gutekunst said he believes the organization is headed in the right direction as he issued a challenge to a team that lost all six games it played this season against the Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings. Green Bay's season ended with a 22-10 loss at Philadelphia in the NFC wild-card round. The Packers haven't reached a Super Bowl since their 2010 championship season.
