NORFOLK, Va. — Led by Robert Davis Jr.'s 18 points, the Old Dominion Monarchs defeated the Southern Miss Golden Eagles 74-71. Sean Durugordon scored 16 points and added nine rebounds and four steals for Old Dominion (6-9, 2-1 Sun Belt Conference). Andre Curbelo finished with 19 points, eight assists and two steals for Southern Miss (6-9, 1-2).
