RIVERTON — Police say at least one person was killed in a crash on Mountain View Corridor Thursday morning.

Southbound Mountain View Corridor was closed at 13400 South for several hours while investigators were on scene. It had partially reopened as of 6 a.m. Thursday and was fully cleared by around 7 a.m.

"A minor was traveling west on 13400 South and was struck by another driver traveling south on Mountain View Corridor," Riverton Police Department spokesman Josh Lee said. "That minor has now been pronounced deceased."

He said the other driver did not report any injuries.

Police have not identified the person who was killed.
