NORFOLK, Va. — Led by Bryce Harris' 28 points, the No. 4 seed Howard Bison defeated the No. 5 seed Morgan State Bears 78-65 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament. Howard plays top-seeded Norfolk State in the semifinals.
