CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Led by AJ McKee's 24 points, the Queens Royals defeated the Bellarmine Knights 85-75. Deyton Albury added 19 points for the Royals. Bash Wieland led Bellarmine with 17 points. The Royals improved to 10-14 with the win and the Knights fell to 6-18.
