JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Led by Quimari Peterson's 23 points, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers defeated the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles 73-72 on Sunday night. The Buccaneers are now 5-4 on the season, while the Golden Eagles fell to 3-7.
