BYU (5-2) at No. 7 Texas (6-1)
Saturday, Oct. 28 at 1:30 p.m. MDT (ABC)
It's the Cougars' first visit to DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium since Taysom Hill did this in 2014.
Why BYU will win: The Cougars will face a backup quarterback for the third straight week with Quinn Ewers sidelined.
This means Kedon Slovis should, once again, have the advantage at the QB position with 1,519 yards and 12 touchdown passes to his name, and weapons on the ground (LJ Martin) and air (Chase Roberts) with four scores each on the year.
Why Texas will win: The Longhorn offense will take a hit without Ewers, but running back Jonathon Brooks can keep things steady with six touchdowns on 825 rushing yards already this season.
On the other side of the ball, Texas is holding its opponents to just 98.3 rushing yards, which could stymie a BYU ground game that had trouble finding its footing early in the season.
Line: Texas -17.5
Over/under: 50
No. 8 Oregon (6-1) at No. 13 Utah (6-1)
Saturday, Oct. 28 at 1:30 p.m. MDT (FOX)
The best game of the weekend might be in Salt Lake City with a top-15 matchup in the Pac-12.
Why Oregon will win: The Ducks have yet to really be stopped on offense this year, even scoring 33 points in their lone loss against Washington.
Bo Nix has 19 touchdown passes to just one interception, and the Ducks' 553 yards of offense per game will test the limits of typically lockdown Utah defense that gave up 32 points to USC last week.
Why Utah will win: While Utah's defense gave up 32 points to Caleb Williams, the Utah offense led by Bryson Barnes managed 34 for the win on the road.
Barnes had his best game of the season against the Trojans and enters the Oregon game as the unquestioned starter with Cam Rising confirmed out for the year. The emergence of Sione Vaki and a fully realized Barnes might be enough to keep up with a high-powered Pac-12 offense for the second straight week.
Line: Oregon -6.5
Over/under: 48
No. 1 Georgia (7-0) at Florida (5-2)
Saturday, Oct. 28 at 1:30 p.m. MDT (CBS)
Can anyone stop the Bulldogs?
Why Georgia will win: They haven't lost a game yet and have just one single-digit win, outscoring their last two opponents 88-33.
The Bulldogs are putting up 509 yards of offense and holding opponents to 262 total yards, including just 91.4 rushing yards on average. Quarterback Carson Beck loses his No. 1 target in Brock Bowers, but can likely lean on running back Daijun Edwards after he put up 146 yards on 20 carries in last week's 37-20 win over Vanderbilt.
Why Florida will win: The Gators beat Vanderbilt 38-14 a week before Georgia played them and then escaped South Carolina with a 41-39 win last week.
Graham Mertz has 12 touchdown passes to just two interceptions and his favorite target, Ricky Pearsall, is up to 619 receiving yards through seven games.
Line: Georgia -14.5
Over/under: 47
Wyoming (5-2) at Boise State (3-4)
Saturday, Oct. 28 at 3:30 p.m. MDT (FS2)
A pair of solid Mountain West teams go to battle coming off of bye weeks following close conference losses.
Why Wyoming will win: The Cowboys seemed poised for a breakout season before losing to the conference-leading Air Force by a touchdown two weeks ago.
An early win over Fresno State had the Cowboys dreaming big, but now they're fighting for third place in a competitive Mountain West. Former Utah State Aggie Andrew Peasley leads the Cowboys with 12 passing touchdowns and just two interceptions.
Why Boise State will win: The Broncos lost two of their last three games by a combined 4 points, including a Hail Mary loss to Colorado State.
Running back Ashton Jeanty is lighting it up with 11 touchdowns on 868 rushing yards and the Broncos will be at home on their token "Smurf Turf."
Line: Boise State -5.0
Over/under: 49
No. 11 Oregon State (6-1) at Arizona (4-3)
Saturday, Oct. 28 at 8:30 p.m. MDT (ESPN)
The Wildcats already took down one "Pac-2" team two weeks ago and will look to spoil the other's season as well.
Why Oregon State will win: The Beavers have gone 3-0 in Pac-12 play after an opening loss to Washington State in the de facto "Pac-2" championship.
Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei is up to 15 touchdown passes and 1,573 passing yards on the season, but the real conference gauntlet might be just beginning.
Why Arizona will win: The Wildcats are averaging more yards on offense (452-444) and allowing less on defense (333-343) than the 11th-ranked Beavers this season.
A pair of single-digit losses to powerhouses Washington and USC paved the way for a dominant 44-6 win over Washington State before the bye week.
Line: Oregon State -3.5
Over/under: 56.5
