GLASGOW, Scotland — Hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg was welcomed to Glasgow with a bagpipe rendition of his 1999 track "Still D.R.E." when he landed in Scotland.
Ross Ainslie, a bagpiper from Perthshire, played the single — in which Snoop Dogg is featured — as a special welcome for his arrival.
In this video you can see the 51-year-old rapper enjoying the Scottish version of his song as he dances along on the tarmac and gives the musician a big thumbs-up. Snoop Dogg is also seen holding a Scottish tartan blanket.
According to the Mirror, Snoop Dogg was in Glasgow to perform at the city's Hydro arena on March 17 as part of the European leg of his "I Wanna Thank Me" tour. The piper said he only had 24 hours to prepare the track, but playing it for Snoop Dogg was a "very cool" experience, the Mirror article stated.
I don't know about you, but it is inspiring how much Snoop Dogg just enjoys every moment. Every time I see pictures or videos of him, it seems like he is having the time of his life.
Sometimes it seems like he already beaten the game of life and is just in free-play mode now — completing side quests just for fun.
With a net worth of approximately $150 million, I can't say I blame him.
Seems like there's no slowing down Snoop Dogg's young, wild and free life. He will just keep dropping it like it's hot.
