RUSTON, La. — Cobe Williams scored 20 points to lead the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs and Kenny Hunter sealed the victory with a layup with 54 seconds left as the Bulldogs knocked off the Rice Owls 80-72 on Thursday night. The Bulldogs are now 13-10 on the season, while the Owls dropped to 15-7.
