WASHINGTON — One teen is taking a popular jewelry wave from the 1960s and dishing it back with a modern twist.

"People at the market come up to me, like, older ladies, and they're like, 'Oh my gosh, I have one from when I was 18 years old,'" Jessica Green, the 19-year-old owner of Silverspoon Rings, said. "I like that they're coming back. We're seeing everything coming back."

Green said her business started four years ago when she was a junior in high school. While browsing online one day, she came across spoon rings.

Finding the cost of the rings outrageous, she decided she would find a way to make them herself.
