OGDEN — A man was shot and injured late Thursday in Ogden, police said.

At 9:54 p.m., officers responded to the report of someone who had been shot at 344 8th Street.

The man, 28, had been shot in the stomach. He was taken to a hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening, according to a statement from Ogden police.

Detectives with the Ogden Metro Gang are investigating the case. No suspects had been identified as of early Friday.
