SALT LAKE CITY — South Salt Lake police say a 65-year-old man who had previously been missing since May was found unharmed on Thursday.
Ardeshir Sajjadi previously hadn't been seen since May 1, according to police. He was located safe in Taylorsville on Thursday afternoon, police said.
"Thanks for sharing and helping us get the information circulated," police said in a Facebook post.
Sajjadi had been in contact with family members from out of state, but had not had contact with the family members since May 1, according to South Salt Lake police spokeswoman Danielle Croyle. Family members recently called police to report that Sajjadi was missing, Croyle said. None of his family members live in Utah.
Police were concerned about Sajjadi's well-being, Croyle said, but he does not have dementia or any other diminished mental capacity.
