SALT LAKE CITY — Father's Day is tomorrow. It's the day we celebrate our dads and show them how much they mean to us.

Here are a few gift ideas for Father's Day:

1. The NEX Pro Massage Gun

If your dad's like my dad, his neck is always tense. A massage gun could help release the stress.

This Pro Massage Gun, currently on Indigogo, was funded in just 60 minutes. According to its campaign, it's the world's most professional percussion massage gun with eight different attachments. This massage gun has lots of cool technological features, such as 60 lbs of force, 40% more depth, 3500 PPM Speed, 240 mins of battery life, plus more.

It's great for professional athlete muscle recovery, or hey, it's good to just massage dad's back and make him feel better!

2. The Misen Oven Steel

Another great dad gift has to do with perfectly cooking meats, and we know how much dads love cooking meats!

According to the company, the average oven typically has an unstable and unreliable temperature, which can lead to overcooked or undercooked food.

This technology acts like a thermal battery, keeping your oven within 5-10 degrees of the temperature you want.

The company says the Misen Oven Steel is great for a few different reasons, some of which include:

  • It browns food better
  • It stores easily (just leave it in your oven)
  • It's great to use on the grill (ahem, dad's best friend)
  • Makes food all-around better

Grab one of these for dad and create a delicious Father's Day dinner together!

3. MemoryOS

Lots of dads he love video games, puzzles, and other weird boyish things like Rubik's Cubes.

What's cool about this technology is it's an AI-powered game that helps to improve your memory.

It's created by MemoryOS, which is an edtech startup focused on developing learning software to help people improve their memories.

Even prior to launching on Kickstarter, they already had 33,000 people in their Early Adopters community.

According to memoryOS, "the average improvement in recall increased by 70% with an average increase in recall speed by 60%, just after one relatively short demo session."

This isn't just a way to help your memory though, it's also fun!

4. ICEGONE

Here is another really cool kitchen tool you could give dad as his Father's Day present.

We know that dads like to cook and grill meats, but we also know they often forget to pull their meats out in time to defrost, and they might get impatient by putting it in the microwave (gross) or throwing it on the grill frozen (also gross).

ICEGONE has created an advanced defrosting tray that defrosts food 20x faster, getting your food from absolutely frozen to "ready" to cook, in just 10-20 minutes.

And the best part is it requires no electricity, so this is a great thing to bring along your camping/fishing trips.

5. Mystery Puzzle

If your dad loves board games, video games, and even puzzles, here's a pretty cool puzzle that's raised over $150K on Kickstarter. Wonder why? Well, according to its Kickstarter, "It's a puzzle that feels more like a comic and plays like a game as you piece together the clues, secrets, and mini-stories bit by bit until, finally, you uncover the secret ending…"

Basically, you're not just solving a puzzle, you're solving a mystery.

6. App-enabled electrochromic smart sunglasses

Upgrade the classic "dad sunglasses" with a hip new pair that will blow his mind. These sunglasses have some serious tech. They allow you to adjust the tint, listen to music, take phone calls, and they're waterproof.

What makes these glasses unique to other glasses that react to light, is these ones are electrochromic, which means you have the control to select the tint level you want through an app or at the press of a button.

Check them out on Kickstarter, here.

Because deep down, dad's will always be children.

This is also a super cool motor scooter. In fact, it's the world's first all-carbon-fiber, dual-motor scooter, with a built-in dash-cam, 4G, color display, and yes, GPS.
