LINDON — A Silver Alert activated for Ernel L. Anderson, 92, has been canceled after Orem Police Department said that Anderson was located and found safe.

According to officials, Anderson has Alzheimer's and had last been seen around 2 p.m. on Friday

Anderson's last location had been unknown, according to authorities. He is described as a white male who is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 160 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. Anderson had last been seen wearing a green long-sleeved shirt, green track-style pants, brown slip-on shoes, a white brimmed hat and glasses.

Further information was not released.
